Cancellations:

In the event, you are required to cancel your reservation an administrative fee of $26.50 (including federal tax) will be applied, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, no further charges will apply.  However, reservations cancelled within the fourteen (14) day period will be charged the full room charge for one night, for every room cancelled, in addition to the administrative fee.  Unless, we are otherwise able to sell the same room for the same night, then only the administrative fee shall be applied.

Date Adjustments:

Adjustments to the date of your stay are complimentary but subject to availability.

Accessibility:

Our property has maintained its original framework and therefore, is stair only access to all guest rooms over the second and third floors.  Access to our Elkhorn Dining Room may be possible depending on mobility, please contact us for further information.

Technology:

We offer a technical detox environment.  Num-ti-jah lays in a no cellular service region but there are two pay phones on the property (which accept only phone cards or credit cards).  Wifi is available to house guests but not guaranteed due to the region, climate, network and usage.  There are no televisions, so leave your gaming systems behind!   

Smoking:

Due to the remoteness of our location, the vulnerability of our structure and region, and the health and well being of all our guests.  Our facility is strictly smoke free.  We would ask that guests smoking would do so a minimum of ten feet from any doorways or windows, as per provincial legislation.  Any guests choosing not to respect this policy will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee and any other charges resulting from damages and emergency services that may be resulting. 

Cooking & Candles:

Also, due to the remoteness of our location, the vulnerability of our structure and region, and the health and well being of all our guests.  Our facility is strictly flame free.  Though in certain situations we will permit tea lights, please speak to staff for details. 

Pets:
