The Lodge operates: a hotel, restaurant, café, and gift shop.  Our team is built of a unique group of individuals from many walks of life, whom create an interesting and pleasant culture at the lodge.  We foster a positive environment of individuals driven towards the goal of shared success and experience, through hard-work, adventure and community.

Located in a semi-remote region of the Majestic Canadian Rockies wilderness on the shores of Bow Lake, the lodge is surrounded by the peaks of Crowfoot, Portal, Thompson and Simpson in Banff National Park.  Wildlife of all types and species live among us.  The Lodge provides a truly unique experience for staff to live and play in the world renowned, Banff National Park. 

Our guests join us from all parts of the world to experience the beauties of lodge living and the wonders of Mountain life; their experience is largely founded upon our professional staff and the talents, skills and abilities they are willing and able to offer every day, through the sharing of stories and suggestion of activities & views.

All lodge staff are offered subsidized shared accommodations which includes a daily meal plan, of three shared meals prepared and served right here at the Lodge.  With a community staff house, fire pit, staff activities and events, and access to hiking trails from your front door.  Being a part of our team you are able to create as many incredible memories as those of our guests!
