Cancellations:
In the event, you are required to cancel your reservation an administrative fee of $26.50 (including federal tax) will be applied, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, no further charges will apply. However, reservations cancelled within the fourteen (14) day period will be charged the full room charge for one night, for every room cancelled, in addition to the administrative fee. Unless, we are otherwise able to sell the same room for the same night, then only the administrative fee shall be applied.
Date Adjustments:
Adjustments to the date of your stay are complimentary but subject to availability.
